Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing company. If you are talented, driven, and looking for an exciting rapid growth environment, iraLogix has an opportunity for you to join our team of dedicated professionals and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities 

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Operations Management or Project Management.
  • 2+ years of relevant financial services, retirement and IRA industry experience required.
  • Specific experience in SIMPLE IRAs, Payroll Deduct IRAs and traditional IRAs Required.
  • Solid understanding of project management, process flow and resource management.
  • Proven experience creating detailed documentation, process flows and cost analysis in order to clearly communicate functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills required to effectively interact with staff, colleagues, management and internal/external customers.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities for all product channels.
  • Proactive desire to solve problems, collaborate and drive resources.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team-player.
  • Entrepreneurial, commitment-driven, and goal oriented.
  • Excellent ability to follow directions, work independently and excel collaboratively.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
  • Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident or eligible to work in the US permanently.

 

Additional Responsibilities include;

  • Ability to establish best practices, constantly improve operational performance and manage requirements specific to internal stakeholders, and external customers.
  • Formulate operational strategy, process improvement and resource availability.
  • Manage rapidly evolving process requirement changes.
  • Balances business requirements with operational feasibility and sustainability.
  • Ensure appropriate process documentation is produced and well maintained.
  • Occasional travel for training, meetings or other purposes may be required.
