Sales and Marketing Intern

 

AdSkate is transforming the digital ad space using AI to eliminate irrelevant ads, drive revenue growth for advertisers and protect brands by bringing transparency to the ad buying process. The digital advertising industry ($ 400B) is finding it difficult to reach consumers online in the midst of rising privacy regulations. AdSkate enables advertisers to reach more consumers online without violating privacy.

 

For brands and agencies we work on a subscription-based model and for platforms, we get between 10 - 25 cents on every dollar that is spent on display advertising. We acquired our first customer in Jan 2021 and over the past year we have acquired 6 B2B customers and have helped them successfully run more than 50 ad campaigns.

We are looking to hire an intern who can help us generate more customer leads and be an initial point of contact.

About the position

  • Act as the main point of contact for sales division as it pertains to pre-sale
  • The pre-sales function involves: pulling together information around AdSkate Inc, making cold calls to different brands and advertisers. Also, sending out cold emails to prospective clients using Hubspot.
  • Develop sales leads using tools such as Hubspot, Lusha, and Appollo.io
  • Work with the internal team to streamline cold calling and cold emailing processes. A daily cadence of 300 emails and 100 phone calls would need to make
  • Develop marketing material for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram

Requirements

  • Understanding of marketers’ challenges through relevant job experience
  • Excellent communication and quantitative skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn to the requirements of a startup atmosphere
  • A proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and successful teamwork and collaboration
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • BA/BS or currently pursuing a similar degree
    • Experience in presale insights
    • Prior experience working with sales teams
