Job Description

Title:  Sr. Program Manager Robotics Factory (Consultant)

Position Responsibility:

 

Responsibilities include managing operations of the Robotics Factory program including:

• Overall Robotic Factory program calendar including scheduling and planning of external events
• Weekly educational programming for Robotics Factory companies
• Logistics and execution of program events
• Relationships with key partner groups
• Facilities and office space coordination
• Landlord and building maintenance issues
• Technology and infrastructure (technical equipment, internet, printers, copier, etc.)

Manage the Robotics Factory application cycle twice per year including processing of applications (averaging over 100), management of application events, advertising/marketing of application cycle, selection process, etc.

Responsible for forming new and maintaining existing relationships with partner organizations such user meet up groups, local universities, other national accelerators etc. 

Mentor and work with Robotics Factory companies on a regular basis to assist with business and product strategy support, provide insight into technology and industry trends, and provide market and competitive information.

Education – A minimum of Bachelors of Science in a technology degree (Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science) with five years’ experience in technology/program management.

Skills/Qualifications – Expertise with a variety of different technologies (web services, virtualization, programming/development, systems architecture and administration), IT management, experience in creating and managing social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogging platforms), facilities management, relationship management (in a customer relations or sales relation capacity). Event management expertise a plus.
